How much is shipping?

Shipping for all orders is $6.99.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking approximately 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

– Order Cut-Off Time is 5:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

– Order Processing (1-3 business days). From one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on weekends (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday.

Final delivery time depends on the speed of your local customs clearance.

Shipping Agent

We work with FedEx as our primary shipping service. FedEx is known for its fast, safe and reliable delivery service, ensuring your product arrives in the best possible condition. We monitor the shipping process and provide a tracking number so you can easily check the status of your order.

Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated yet?

Sometimes it can take a while for the information to update.

All packages go through a rigorous quality control and sanitization process before shipping to ensure customer safety, which may cause minor delays in shipping.

Sometimes the shipping company may not update package information in a timely manner. We will try to update you or please contact us for assistance.

Undelivered Packages

Our carriers will attempt to deliver a package three times. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to mayert.store.

An undelivered package will be labeled as returned to sender. In the event this occurs, please contact us at support@mayert.store.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our shipping confirmation email.
