Returns and Refund policy
At our store, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish. Before your order is dispatched, each product goes through a rigorous Quality Control Process to maintain our high standards.
We advise customers to double-check their measurements before purchasing as sizing standards may vary from item to item.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or not the item you ordered, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We promise to provide a solution within one business day. Please note that returns or exchanges will only be processed with a valid reason within the conditions stated above.
Returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide whether the product is suitable for your needs. If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact us within this time.
The product must be in unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products that have been worn, washed or altered are not eligible for return.
All return requests must be verified by our customer service team before being processed.
What is not accepted for returns?
We cannot refund items with broken hygiene tags. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
- Start contacting our Customer Care Team at support@mayert.store, providing your Account Email Address, a detailed description of the problem, your request, and photo evidence.
- Wait for confirmation of return.
- Send the return package to the specified address, then email us the tracking information.
- The refund will be automatically processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Cancel Order
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us at support@mayert.store if you decide to cancel your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days.
If you do not receive notification or do not see your refund within the specified time, please contact us for further assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@mayert.store.
